Do you provide free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $99.  A standard shipping fee of $4.95 will apply to orders under $99. We ship all orders from our office in New Jersey. We will process your orders within 5 business days and it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive!

You will be notified via email or phone number when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally, but international expansion is definitely on our minds. We hope our furry friends abroad will be able to try our products soon!  

What are your return and exchange policy?

We created AryaSit! to keep our pets happy and healthy, but we also know that each pet has itsown unique needs. Our biggest goal is to make sure every valued customer and furry friend who tries our products havea great experience. Our policy aims to address cases where the products are not of satisfactory quality or do not meet our customers' expectations due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit. While we acknowledge the taste preferences, we cannot consider personal dislike of the taste as a valid reason for a refund under our established return policy. We will be more than happy to process any returns or exchanges due to damage or defective products within 30 days of receiving your order.
