About AryaSit!At AryaSit!, we approach pet food a little differently. In the same way that we don’t just grab anything to fill our own bellies, we believe in filling our pets’ bowls with the whole food nutrition. We produce in small batches, carefully preserving the whole food nutrition in our freeze-drying process and delivering it fresh to your pet. Each ingredient we use has beneficial properties that strengthen your pet’s body.
What ingredients do you use in your products?
All our products are sourced from local farms or food supplier. This means we pride ourselves in carefully hand-picking all ingredients to ensure they are of the highest quality. We only use all natural single ingredient and simple freeze-drying process. You can find the list of ingredients used in our products and guaranteed analysis in our respective product pages.
Do your products contain preservatives, artificial ingredients or colors?
Heck no! All AryaSit! products are made with single ingredient, no additions! We believe in transparency in the manufacturing process, especially when it comes to food.

Do you provide free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $49. A standard shipping fee of $4.95 will apply to orders under $49. We will process your orders within 5 business days and it usually typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. If you’re in a rush, we also offer an expedited shipping option that will ensure your order arrives 3 business days
You will be notified via email or phone number when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally, but international expansion is definitely on our minds. We hope our furry friends abroad will be able to try our products soon!
What are your return and exchange policy?
We created AryaSit! to keep our pets happy and healthy, but we also know that each pet has itsown unique needs. Our biggest goal is to make sure every valued customer and furry friend who tries our products havea great experience.Our policy aims to address cases where the products are not of satisfactory quality or do not meet our customers' expectations due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit. While we acknowledge the taste preferences, we cannot consider personal dislike of the taste as a valid reason for a refund under our established return policy. We will be more than happy to process any returns or exchanges due to damage or defective products within 30 days ofreceiving your order.
